Recommended use: The biologically active nutritional supplement Men's Formula No. 1 is recommended for men as a bracing aid and an additional source of vitamin B6 and zinc. Adults are recommended to take 1 capsule a day with food during a meal. If unfavorable factors (such as excessive weight, stresses, irregular and irrational meals, bad ecology) are present, the dose can be increased to 2 capsules a day.
